Insured Person

means:

1. you;
2. your spouse if a resident of the same household
3. a family member; and
4. any person or organization operating your watercraft with your permission and without charge.

However, insured person does not include:

1. a paid captain or crew member; nor
2. any:
1. person
2. other legal entity
3. agent of (a) or (b) above;
4. employee of (a) or (b) above;
5. a shipyard;
6. a boat repair yard;
7. a marina;
8. a yacht club;
9. a boat sales agency;
10. a boat service station; or
11. other similar organization
