Watercraft Liability Exclusions
The insurance company will not pay for loss resulting from:
  1. bodily injury arising out of the course of employment of an employee of an insured person;
  2. liability assumed under a contract or agreement;
  3. property damage to property: (a) owned by; (b) rented to; (c) used by; (d) in the care of an insured person
  4. bodily injury or property damage which is intended by an insured person
  5. bodily injury to a person to or for whom benefits are to be provided by a state or federal compensation law or act.
