means:

1. personal property belonging to you, a family member, or your guests, specifically including:
1. wearing apparel; and
2. sports equipment;
2. but only while your watercraft is afloat;
3. and only while the property is:
   1. on board your watercraft; or
   2. being carried on and off your watercraft

However, personal effects do not include:
1) money 2) jewelry 3) travelers checks 4) securities 5) valuable papers & documents 6) unattached equipment & accessories
