The insurance company will not pay for loss resulting from:
- wear & tear
- inherent vice
- gradual deterioration, including marine life
- electolysis
- mechanical breakdown;
- ice or freezing
If there is a total loss of your watercraft, the insurance company will deduct from the amount otherwise payable, the amount of any unrepaired damage which happened before the total loss. The insurance company does not provide coverage for any loss which is intended by an insured person.
