that applies to Business Personal Property to apply to direct physical
loss or damage to "valuable papers and records" that you own, or that are
in your care, custody or control, caused by or resulting from a Covered

the cost to research lost information on "valuable papers and records"
for which duplicates do not exist.
This Coverage Extension does
not apply to:

Property held as samples or
for delivery after sale;
-

a building or structure, unless the roof or an outside wall of the
building or structure is first damaged by a falling object.

complete and is caused in part by a cause of loss listed above, we will
pay for the loss or damage even if use of the defective material or methods
in construction, remodeling or renovation contributed to the collapse.
Collapse does not include settling, cracking, shrinkage, bulging or expansion.
-
If the direct physical loss
or damage does not involve collapse of a building or any part of a building,
we will pay for loss or damage to "valuable papers and records" caused
by the collapse of personal property only if:

collapses is inside a building insured under this policy; and
