Expediting Expenses

Expediting expenses coverage is provided. It is broadened in the current policy to include not only the reasonable extra cost of temporary repairs and expediting permanent repairs but also of expediting permanent replacement. So for "objects", or other property, that cannot be repaired, extra costs incurred to speed up permanent replacement are included in this coverage.

The coverage is subject to a limit of $5,000 (unless increased). This coverage applies only to the extent that the amount of insurance has not been exhausted by payment for loss to covered property.
